[insert Monty Python Reference here] So my last post contained the First of my Sisters of Battle. But it wasn't the first that I painted. Well the lady throwing the grenade would have been but due to a shipping error the canoness came well before. So what can you do in those instances...just paint. After suffering an unfortunate beginning with a brand new non-shaken lumpy spray of Mechanicus Standard Grey I had to recue her (not fun). But decided to make her look like she would also work in a steampunk/fantasy setting. The torch/crossbow combo gives her an adventurer kind of feel. And decided to channel the Spanish Inquisition a bit.
The base was something I found in a bargain bin at Bristol Independent Gaming.
